Trentodoc in eleven prestigious restaurants in Florence

TrentodocFLORENCE, ITALY – From September 18 to 20 the bubbles of Trentino’s mountain will be presented in elegant restaurants, wine bars and pubs in the city center, thanks to the synergy with wine critic Luigi Cremona and Witaly.

From September 18 to 20 Trentodoc, in collaboration with the wine critic Luigi Cremona, will be present in eleven prestigious clubs of Florence with its mountain of bubbles. In some restaurants, wine bars and wine bars carefully chosen for the occasion, you can discover the secrets and the characteristics of the “traditional method” of Trentino.

After the toast at Barthel (via dei Serragli, Tuesday 18 at 19), the appointment of Florence will present Trentodoc, a brand that brings together 38 producers of Trentino classic method to be proposed in places very different but highly reputed and prestigious. The mountain’s bubbles are both tasted in traditional, modern, elegant or aimed at a young clientele. Here they are: there is “Da Burde” by sommelier Andrea Gori, or – famous for its aperitifs on the terrace – “Salviatino”, or the original “Barthel,” where artisans work their own objects and fine furniture .

There’s “Ino” where you can match the high-demand sandwiches by Alessandro Frassica, or the “Ristorante Ora D’Aria” that retains the imprint of Marco Stabile in the kitchen. There is the “Santo Bevitore” and not far from the “Santino”, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine and tantalize taste of Tuscan cuisine. Also involved in “Le Volpi e l’Uva” near to Ponte Vecchio, which is appreciated for the selection of French cheeses and Italian, or ‘Lungarno Hotel “, owned by Ferragamo family. And again: “Il Magazzino” in piazza della Passera, and the brand new “Solo Toscano”.
