The musician Piero Farulli died at 92
Piero Farulli died at 92. He was one of the protagonists of Italian musical life and founder of the School of Music of Fiesole (Florence, Italy), which has revealed the death. For 30 years he played the viola with the Italian Quartet, from 1977 Farulli resumed his activities violist with the Trio di Trieste and the Amadeus Quartet.

OSCE PA President’s statement on Syria
“The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly reiterates its concern over the ongoing repression in Syria. In particular, the Assembly stresses the need and urgency for genuine international support to Turkey, which is nearly on its last legs in efforts to rescue increasing and unmanageable numbers of Syrian refugees,” said Riccardo Migliori, the first Italian elected president of the 56-country OSCE Parliamentary Assembly last July.
