Vogue Fashion’s Night Out back to Florence

FLORENCE, ITALY – Florence returns to host the Vogue Fashion’s Night Out two years since the last edition. The event celebrates the marriage between fashion, art and shopping and is organized by Vogue Italy and the Municipality of Florence.

Thursday, September 17, 2015, after the traditional inauguration in the charming courtyard with fountain by Verrocchio in the Palazzo Vecchio, the spotlight will be on the streets of the old town – Piazza della Signoria, Piazza Duomo, Ponte Vecchio in Via del Corso, Piazza the Republic in the Way of Conduct, Via Brunelleschi, Via delle Terme, Via Dei Medici , Via Tosinghi – where shops observe an extraordinary opening up to 23.

Many events in store, with the opportunity to meet designers and celebrities, but also to witness the presentation of the new Autumn / Winter 2015 or launches a preview of new products, and to purchase limited edition or special edition logo VFNO .

Among the events in the city streets, to mark on your calendar the walk “Stay Gold, Stay Fashion”, a route “theme” that starts from the historic jewelers of Ponte Vecchio and continues to the square of the Alley of Gold.

Along the way, in addition to shopping, you can admire the original installations and participate in food & drinks experience under the direction of Lungarno Hotels Collection, the “collection” of hotels, retreats and villas owned by the Ferragamo family, and with the collaboration of Leica boutique, Marie Antoinette and Nadine.

Another event at the “Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Europe” that took part in the VFNO organizing the “International House RFK” a live performance art, in which will be built on original creations vintage T-shirt, with a view to recycling and environmental sustainability.

The objective of VFNO is also to raise public awareness with action of charity: revenues from sales of special & limited edition signed VFNO will be donated to the Foundation of the European Institute of Oncology-IEO, as a contribution to training to the development of clinical and experimental research, and Meyer Paediatric Hospital in Florence.
