FLORENCE, ITALY – Chocolate is in the square. The expo of Artisan Chocolate returns to Florence. This time this special event will be marked with the brand new name “Fi.nalmente cioccolato”. It will be in a new setting, the central piazza Santa Maria Novella, from February 8 to February 17: forty selected Italian and foreign chocolatiers show and sell their delicacies.
This special Florentine event is not only a simple market but the numerous side events during the 10 days of the expo make it alive and open to the public.
Meetings, cooking classes, maitres chocolatiers live for getting to know the various uses and wonders of chocolate.
Restaurants in Florence will have in their menus special dishes made of chocolate; they will be soon online on the Chocolate Fair web site. The stalls are open from 10 am to 10 pm.
