FLORENCE, ITALY – Biennale of Florence are pleased to announce the opening of Linea Spazio Arte Contemporanea (via delle Porte Nuove 10, close to Porta al Prato), a new space for contemporary art in Florence, developed to be a halfway point between the museum and gallery as well as a meeting point between the past and present.
LINEA was conceived by the organizers of the Florence Biennale that for some time have had the desire to create an new ongoing space for the promotion of contemporary art and culture in the heart of Florence.
The inauguration exhibition Unfolding Evolutions will open September 8th showcasing four international artists of various countries and mediums to open a platform of dialogue between the past and present, specifically expressing various views and ideas on society, space and culture.
