FLORENCE, ITALY – ABI, the Italian Banking Association, has chosen Florence for the 15 th edition of the annual Convention dedicated to the issues of doing banking.
For the first time since 1997, SPIN, the international event on payment systems and services organized by ABIEventi, moved its location from Rome to Florence and chose the Conference Centre to celebrate its 15° anniversary.
The realization of the event, acquired from Firenze Fiera and scheduled for 21 and 22 June 2012, has been fostered by the collaboration of Florence Convention Bureau and its network of hotels that responded positively to ABIEventi requests despite high season and short timescales organization.
The peculiarities of Florence as a city rich in art and culture, easily accessible from all over Italy thanks to high-speed lines and the presence of a efficient Conference Centre located near the historic center has prompted the organizers of the event to choose the Florentine frame as the alternative location to the capital.
