FLORENCE, ITALY – Florence stands at the final in Lyon and won the 25th International Conference on the World Wide Web that will be held from 14th to 18th of April 2015 in the Florentine congress context.
An extraordinary result, won by Florence Convention Bureau thanks to the synergy with academic professors Aldo Gangemi of CNR in Rome, Stefano Leonardi and Alessandro Panconesi of the University La Sapienza and the valuable collaboration of OIC, an important agency in Florence specialized in congress organization.
The WWW Conference is the most important event related to Web to discuss and analyze the evolution of the Web, the diffusion of its associated technologies and the impact of those technologies on society and culture.
The forum, which this year was held in the beautiful city of Lyon, was won in a shortlist with Ljubljana and Hannover and will bring to the city more than 2000 participants from all over the world.
