The 2025 edition of Firenze Rocks is set to bring four days of major rock performances to the Visarno Arena, in Florence’s Parco delle Cascine, from June 12 to 15. Headliners include global rock giants Guns N’ Roses, Korn, and Green Day, with a total of 110,000 spectators expected to attend the event.
The festival kicks off on June 12 with a highly anticipated concert by Guns N’ Roses. Korn will headline the following day, June 13, and after a short break, Green Day will close the festival on June 15. Each day will feature performances from additional bands starting from 4 p.m., warming up the crowd for the main acts.
Alongside the music, attendees will have access to the “village area,” a 6,000-square-meter space offering food stalls, relaxation zones, and a family-friendly kids’ area located away from the stage. As in previous years, the festival will follow a sustainability plan, promoting eco-friendly practices such as reduced use of plastic, water and energy, and encouraging public transportation or bike rentals.
A new feature for this edition is the participation of historic local shops, which will offer special discounts to concert ticket holders.
Organizers from Le Nozze di Figaro and Live Nation estimate the combined impact of Firenze Rocks and other summer concerts in the city—including Vasco Rossi’s shows on June 5 and 6 and Pinguini Tattici Nucleari on June 25—to be significant. According to a study by the Florence Chamber of Commerce, 7% of festival attendees in past years also visited a local museum, showing the potential for synergy between cultural tourism and popular music events.
The economic impact of previous Firenze Rocks editions is estimated at €40 million for the region, with €33 million concentrated in Florence itself. City officials emphasize the festival’s role in attracting visitors who not only attend concerts but also stay longer to explore the city’s artistic and historical offerings.
The next edition of Firenze Rocks has already been announced: it will return to the Visarno Arena from June 11 to 14, 2026.
