Salvatore Ferragamo Spa, the Florentine luxury goods maker, is “confident” for 2012 after an“excellent” 2011. According to chief executive officer Michele Norsa, the company had a better-than-expected holiday sales.
The statements have been spoken yesterday at the company’s men’s fashion show in Milan, the traditional meeting the week after Pitti Uomo in Florence.
According to Norsa the euro’s weakening against dollar is an advantage for Ferragamo, making it more competitive the Italian company, which have the world headquarter in Florence, Italy.
