Fiorentina has signed Juan Cuadrado from Udinese on loan with the right to buy the Colombian midfielder at the end of the season. Cuadrado joined Udinese in 2009 and impressed during a loan spell at Lecce last season. Last week the Viola team signed Facundo Roncaglia.

Fiorentina is safe after the nightmare week
Fiorentina put their nightmare week behind them with a 1-0 victory at Lecce to secure their place in Serie A next season and Roma dropped points at Catania. Alessio Cerci scored the only goal of the game 10 minutes before the break, slotting home from the left side of the box after latching onto Ruben Olivera’s through ball.
Olivera, deal with ACF Fiorentina until June 2014
ACF Fiorentina secured another signing of the January “transfer winter window” with the addition of Rubén Ariel Olivera da Rosa from Lecce. The attacking midfielder joins the Viola on a deal that runs until June 2014. Probably, he will play tomorrow in the game vs Bologna FC.
