FLORENCE, ITALY – The need for congress attendees to move quickly and at reasonable prices has pushed Florence Convention Bureau to forge a partnership with Terravision, the European leader in airport connecting services. The Pisa Airport proximity to Florence and the full day covering of shuttle transfers, from the first flight of the morning to last one of the night, made the Terravision offer very competitive for business travelers.
The partnership will give all delegates arriving in Florence the following services: only 4.99 euros for online tickets from Pisa Airport to Florence Santa Maria Novella; presenting FCB Congress Card and Pisa Airport – Florence Terravision ticket, a special 10% discount on food in the Florence Terracafè which will also become the meeting place for delegates arriving in the city; presenting FCB Congress Card and Pisa Airport – Florence Terravision ticket, a 10% discount on any airport transfer service between 18 European airports and the city centers, operated by Terravision Group on a daily basis.
Moreover, thanks to the Florence Convention Bureau, PCO will also benefit from dedicated services in case of big numbers of participants arriving at the airport of Pisa and in transit to Florence.
Carlotta Ferrari, director of FCB, confirmed her enthusiasm for the partnership: “This agreement is the result of a goal even greater than the Firenze Convention Bureau constantly takes: offering a service more comfortable in the city of Florence. We want the business tourists to feel completely satisfied not only for their stay during the conference, but throughout their trip, from departure to return in their own city. “
