FLORENCE, ITALY – Owned by Ferrari and situated in the scenic countryside of Tuscany, Mugello is a modern circuit praised for its high safety standards and first-rate facilities. On Sunday June 1st, 2014, the circuit will host the MotoGP race, with 23 laps, meaning 120,6 kilometers.
The 5.245 meters track has a long straight and a combination of six left corners and nine right corners. Mugello circuit which was built in 1974 it is set in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. Only 30 km away from Florence in the amazing Tuscany countryside.
This year the battle in MotoGP is completely open. An unbeaten Marquez on his Honda will face Pedrosa and Valentino Rossi, back on winning track.
With a total of 81 points in the World Championship standings he is following Pedrosa very very close.
