Preparations are ready for the third uniques special ones®, the concours, exhibition and public relations event without equal worldwide by the MAC Group.
From 28 to 30 September you will be able once more to admire approximately one hundred unique cars gathered in the spectacular Giardino della Gherardesca, now Four Seasons Hotel Florence.
Four-wheeled treasures elegantly exhibited in the grounds and collectors and lovers of a high-quality lifestyle are part and parcel of these two days devoted to beauty and uniqueness.
This year too models of significant historical and cultural worth will feature alongside cars loved by everyone because they were stars in cult films or once owned by famous figures.
The prestigious panel of judges will be obliged to make the best of show selection of The Uniques Cars.
The models that have already been registered include the Alfa Romeo 6C 2300 Pescara Sport Spider 1935 by Carrozzeria Touring, which belonged to Benito Mussolini.
The 1949 Jaguar XK 120, which belonged to Clark Gable, will also be present.
Hailing from a historic sports past comes the 1932 Alfa Romeo 8C Monza, a model studied to maintain the manufacturer’s supremacy in the Sport category. At the same level there’s the 1956 Aston Martin DB3S, the last of the eleven competitive cars manufactured and entrusted to the young US driver Rod Carveth, who raced it in the main contests in the USA.
This year a themed area will focus on the creations of Carrozzeria Bertone, an important manufacturer that has contributed to the history of cars and that celebrates its centenary this year.
The exclusive nature of the event has been confirmed again this year as regards public access: only 500 day passes will be available for those wishing to attend this exclusive event. Four Seasons Hotel, via Borgo Pinti, 99 (Florence, Italy).
