Napoli defeated Fiorentina 3-0 at the Franchi stadium

FLORENCE, ITALY – Napoli defeated Fiorentina 3-0 at Artemio Franchi stadium to move up to fifth place in the Serie A standings.

Napoli’s Edinson Cavani scored a double as Ezequiel Lavezzi made sure Napoli took all three points home with the third goal of the evening.

“We conceded a goal in the first action and our reaction was not always good”, said Fiorentina coach Delio Rossi.” According to Rossi, “Fiorentina in the first half deserved a draw but in the second and Naples’ shown above.”

Fiorentina will attempt to get back on track when it travels to Bologna on Tuesday.
