Florence will ring in 2026 with celebrations spread across four city squares, offering music and entertainment for all ages.
The main show will take place in Piazza Santa Croce, while gospel performances are planned for Piazza Santissima Annunziata and jazz concerts for Piazza del Carmine. Piazza della Signoria will feature light projections and a midnight countdown as part of the Florence Lights Up programme.
All events will be free and open to the public, continuing the city’s tradition of a festive and family-friendly New Year’s Eve in the historic centre.
The detailed programme and participating artists will be announced later, once the city completes the selection of event organisers. Coordination is handled by the Culture and Sports Department, with support from Fondazione Muse and other local partners.
