Tuscan wines, open day on Monday

FLORENCE, ITALY – An event to bring together the producers of quality wine with the main restaurants, wine bars and wine of Tuscany. Monday, March 5 from 14 to 20, “Partesa for Wine” is organizing an Open Day wine tasting at the Hotel & Golf Resort Pelagone (Gavorrano, province of Grosseto) in the south of Tuscany.

There will be over 20 wineries – local, national and international – with an exclusive contract with Partesa that were chosen to present their labels. Over one hundred invited guests at the event will be accompanied and advised by professional sommeliers.

The Open Wine is an opportunity for dialogue and discussion about the product, during which organizers recommend the proper serving temperatures, preservation methods, food-wine pairings, and the most suitable forms of glasses, up to the correct formulation of a wine list.  (ma.ge.)
