FLORENCE, ITALY – Florence is ready to welcome tourists. The city’s museums are reopening, although reservations are required on weekends.

“Tuscany and Italy are ready to welcome tourists again. We are working to create all the conditions to encourage this important sector, which in our region represents about 13% of GDP”, president of Tuscany Region, Eugenio Giani, said on the occasion of the launch of the new international tourism promotion campaign. “Who love art, culture and the landscape will always find in Tuscany one of the most attractive realities in the world”, said Giani.
