Weather alert for ice until Monday, February 6

The weather alert due to snow, ice and strong winds in Tuscany is valid until Monday, February, 6. Currently there are mild and sporadic snowfall concentrated in particular areas on the Apennines.

Snow blanketed Florence and Italy on Wednesday morning. According to the forecast, it will be the coldest week in 27 years, forcing the closure of tracts of motorway and schools in some municipalities even today (Thursday).
