FLORENCE, ITALY – Ennio Di Nolfo died in Florence few hours ago. He was one of the most established international relations professors in Italy. Born in Melegnano (Milan), he had 86 years.
For many years his name has been linked to the teaching at the Faculty of Political Sciences Cesare Alfieri, University in Florence, the same university where he was also vice-rector for international relations.
Expert on the history of international relations in the twentieth century, he has been president of CIMA, the Machiavelli Inter-University Centre . In 2004 he received the title of Commander of Merit of the Italian Republic. Until 2014 he was vice chairman of the Commission for the publication of the Italian diplomatic documents.
The the funeral home will be held Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm at the Turati Foundation in Florence. The funeral will be in private.
