FLORENCE, ITALY – Pop star played to sold-out crowd of over 10,000. Stevie Wonder played to a sold-out crowd of over 10,000 on Sunday night at Lucca Summer Festival in Tuscany.
Among the spectators were Education Minister Stefania Giannini, and singers Marco Mengoni and Zucchero, who saw Wonder play a two-hour set that included his Ebony and Ivory, as well as the popular Italian hit Volare, which the crowd enthusiastically took up after Wonder sang the first few bars.
The music festival, whose first edition in 1998 featured Bob Dylan, is held each year in July.
