Florence will host the Four football helmets

FLORENCE, ITALY – After Luino in 2010 and Bologna in 2011, Florence will host the 2012 edition of the tournament Four football helmets. The match will be played in the new stadium of Perugino street (19 and 21 July) and the event was organized by the National FIDAF to test for the forthcoming European Championship for nations scheduled in Italy in 2013.

The program provides for Thursday, July 19 (5.30 pm) Usa Team Eagles – Guelfi Florence and (9 pm) Italy-Denmark. Saturday at 5 pm there will be a match for third place and the final at 9 pm.

The event was presented in the Palazzo Vecchio by Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Sports Dario Nardella, Federal Councillor Francis Cerra and the national player of Andrew Benoni. “I thank the federation for choosing our city with the hope that this is the first in a series of international events that we host,” said Nardella.
