After a year, the company is satisfied and two more have just been delivered, according to a press realese by Iveco Italia. Li-Nea operates 125 buses in total – including several Iveco Cityclass buses with natural gas and CNG – which are dedicated to both public urban transport and rental services.

A “new” Gioconda painted by Leonardo’s pupil
The Prado Museum has disclosed the finding of a replica of Leonardo da Vinci’s Gioconda. The replica was allegedly painted by one of the Italian genius’ favourite pupils, either Andrea Salari or Francesco Melzi. Leonardo’s pupil completed the picture as his master completed the Gioconda, in the same studio in Florence, Italy.
Italy-Kuwait association, mission for the elections
Kuwait’s Ministry of Information has invited a delegation from the Italy-Kuwait Association to the capital, Kuwait City, to monitor the final stage of the election campaign and the parliamentary elections. The Florence-based association has announced that the mission is ended yesterday.

Snow and ice in Florence over the centuries
This winter is one of the coldest in decades. But snow and ice have been “regular” events in the history of Florence. There are books that tell snowfall since the Middle Ages. Giorgio Vasari wrote about Piero de’ Medici, the son of Lorenzo the Magnificent. He asked to Michelangelo to do “a statue that was beautiful” in the courtyard of his palace after the “big snow” of 1493.
