Florentine historic fashion maison Gucci said it has made a bid of 13 million euros for the troubled Tuscan ceramics producer Richard Ginori.

Salvatore Ferragamo Spa, parent company of the Salvatore Ferragamo Group, one of the global leaders in the luxury sector, has acquired from Trinity Luxury Brands Holdings Ltd and Ferrinch Ltd. a further 30% stake in the joint venture distribution companies.
